There’s a very true saying… “If you believe you can, you can! And if you believe you can’t, you can’t! Either way you are right”.
Every relationship has a system, and every system has a set of beliefs on which that system is based. But why do we believe what we believe?
In reality, our belief systems are complicated and come from many sources. And sadly, because we humans like to engage in something called ‘Confirmation Bias’, we always look for ways to prove our internal beliefs to be true, even when those beliefs can make us feel miserable, unhappy, isolated or worthless.
However, although this process often happens without us even realising it, Cognitive Linguistic Architecture© has the answers. It lets you define your beliefs, identify where they come from and decide if they are serving you or hindering you.
Because, “If you believe you can, you can! And if you believe you can’t, you can’t! Either way you are right”.
